They were standing around Joshua Jackson from ‘Fringe’, he was staging his own ‘Pacey-Con’, giving out fan fiction he wrote and getting pictures with the women, all while the ‘Dawson’s Creek’ theme music played on a boom box.”

Anybody else thinks this is an ironic coment on the nature of fandom? Clearly nobody takes much notice of him being there, despite his tanoy, entourage and lost looking sercurity guy. And two random looking women who seem to have wondered in from the mall...

Seems all the serious fans had an elsewhere to be at, I'm guessing there will be some people who wish they'd used the lunch hour to catch some sunshine (and opptional Pacey) :)

It might even count as performance art!

Yes, it's like social commentary.

Fanfic read over megaphone? Theme song on the boombox? I think that's performance art, epecially when James Franco on a soap opera was. :)
