Until this ad, I was under the impression that she was the "Topher" of another Dollhouse under the same umbrella corporation, not a different agency entirely. But idk!
I'm not sure it's so much a rival as a sister company. I thought, like jehnt, that she was the LA branch Topher. Entertainment Weekly gets captions wrong, so I think it's a Dollhouse in a different city.
