Basically, yes. Lizzie seems to be neuroatypical, but the way they live doesn't meld with her perception. The way Lizzie looks at the walkers is the way you or I would look at a deer. It's another life that's equal to her life. She's friends with the walkers, plays with them, and feeds them. No one else sees everything the same way Lizzie does, so she tries to show them. What they saw was her murdering her sister and talking about killing the baby. Lizzie was attempting to show them what she saw; how the walkers could be her friends. The others (mainly Carol) came to the conclusion that Lizzie couldn't continue living with the group because it endangered too many other lives. So Lizzie was killed.
