snooze, meta, and vid recs

Remember when I said that BSG was producing some of the greatest vids ever? Yep, it's still happening.chaila43's Cathedrals (Battlestar Galactica) - There have been many character studies of the woman of BSG, this one focuses on Three, Laura, and Caprica. There's an innocence to the editing that gives way to lovely lyric interpretations, clip choice, and an instinctual editing style. It's lush and languid in a way that allows the viewer to organically connect with the characters through their search.
sweetestdrain's Lágrimas (Supernatural) - The musicality is beautifully rendered with glitching and static noise. The whole piece is moody and sweetly creepy. It's a quiet story with well chosen scenes and shots from limited source.
