VVC talk, credit, vid and fic recs

elynross’ Daughter of Experimental Vids (Where the Hell's the Box?!) show. It would seem that VVC has a thing for my vids about serial killers because Ramalama (Bang Bang) (season one Dexter character study) is the only one of my serial killer trilogy that did not go to VVC.
I decided the other day I was going to get a credit card to build my credit up for later in life. I’m nearly 21 and I have no credit history, so I figured I should build my credit history by getting a credit card. I got a thingy in the mail about student credit cards and Lib said to apply. I don’t plan on using it for anything because I know too many people my age up to their eyeballs in debt. I got a letter today saying that they won’t approve me for one because I have no credit history. Well yeah, that’s why I want a one of your student credit cards: to build my history. I think it’s hi-lari-ous that I get bunches of those preapproved credit cards in the mail and shred them, but when I actually want one, they won’t give me one.

humansrsuperior’s You Cut Her Hair (Doctor Who) - This vid has such a breathtaking mood and the atmosphere with wonderful layers and color blending transitions, while the editing, style, and clip choice are perfect. This broke me and is probably my favorite Doctor Who vid ever.
sol_se’s Filthy Mind (Multi) - A freaking seamless, flowy, blended, beautiful, danceable, connected piece of vidding complicated and complex web of crossfandom interaction heaven.
