my eyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyeeeeeeeee
Jan. 16th, 2005 06:32 pmI almost died Friday when I ran into the bedroom door. I have klutzy thing where I misjudge my distance and walk into walls and bump into tables. With door I try to walk through them, but end up knocking into the edge of it. So Friday I walked into the corner of the door and I thought I just bruised my face because the corner of my right eye and face hurt and then when I closed my eyes the underneath and my cheek hurt and felt scratchy. My vision was blurry, my eye was red, I couldn’t watch the rest of the movie, and other crappy ouchness. I’d already taken my contacts out, but I thought maybe I’d left them in too long or they needed to be changed, so I looked and them and there was a chunk missing off the side of it, which was still in my eye. I freaked. I tried to make myself cry, but it just burned. I tried to flush it out, but it just made me blink. I tried to get it out myself. I finally figured my eye would flush it out itself because I wouldn’t let Lib take me to the hospital for being a ‘tard. When I went to bed it worked itself out and I just have a corneal abrasion, which sucks balls.
Other than that Friday was another “fun at the college” day. Talked to a aid counselor lady. She was nice; she gave me a stress ball. All I have to do is fill out some forms and declare that I’m going to Last Chance Community College and that’s it. Next week I have an appointment with another aid to file some FAFSA form things. Agg, why must I be so poor? Ended up going to Lib’s office after cuz Rach and AJ weren’t going through town. I have much fun where ever I go.
During the blackout I actually got stuff [writing, art, random] done. Who’da thunk?
Random “Veronica Mars” thought: Wasn’t Duncan’s jacket zipped up way from up when Veronica finds him after Lily died? After last week’s confession, it’d be too obvious, but maybe he just had blood on his shirt or something.
Boone and Shannon from “Lost” icons because Lib still owes me from the bet we made the second week of “Lost” when I said that they’d had sex. Where's my money, ho?:
