It sounds like the secondary wound isn't something that's likely to develop into a huge extra issue, but in case - I'm thinking lots of good thoughts for you.
That guy is a total ass for making you being sick all about him. Even if it was something that precipitated a realisation on both your parts that the relationship wasn't going ot go anywhere that's a really juvenile and selfish way to deal with it.
Re: the touching thing - that sounds really rough. I can understand how an experience like this would leave you feeling this way, but I hope you manage to work these issues out over time. Hugs are important, dude!
