My imeem upload finished and went through, but my previous upload still hadn't come through, so it was on imeem for a few hours before I actually posted. :) Thank you, but my brain is a crazy place that no one wants to be in. :)

Is there a specific codec I need to watch this? I refuses to play on the normal windows media player and on the VLC player. :(

I watched it on Imeem, though, and it's brilliant! But I think watching it in high quality will be even better. :)

I know more about the interworkings of the social network of pygmy culture than I do about technology, but possibly it's the divx codec (http://www.divx.com/).

I didn't catch this at Vividcon, but I just now watched it on the con discs, and I had to come straight away and tell you how amazing I think this vid is. Purely from a visual aspect (since I have not watched Heroes), it just completely blew me away. Everything about it is stunning: the coloring, the overlays, the timing, the musicality...Sheer perfection. Brava!!!

I'm on the con disc; how cool is that? Thanks bunches for coming over to give me feedback. :)

Dude. Wow. Well, I should begin by saying that I don't even watch Heroes, but as this was recced on my flist I dl-ed it. And boy was it worth it! Woosh. You have such a unique style. And you choose such perfectly unique music to reflect it. This is why I love watching your vids. ;) And this one was really great. I know enough about Heroes to understand the basics of the story, but I just loved the pacing of the editing with the music, the build of it. Great job. :)

Wow, that means a lot coming from you. I watch your vids and admire them greatly. I've been on a mashup/remix kick lately. There's something about them that I love vidding wise. I suppose it's like getting the punch of two song in one.

Wow, your use of textures and layering of images in this one...it's just so freakin' intricate and ARRESTING. Amazing work. Rather than being a character study that stands on the outside looking in, this really feels to me (because of the visual complexity and the tone of the song) like it actually takes place inside Sylar's head.

That's exactly what I was going for with the snowglobe effect near the beginning. Because I think Sylar's brain is a weird snowglobe with lots of blood.

I was re-reading some of the comments (including my initial capslock shriek of LOVE which I still have, but that comment already messed up the formatting of this journal page that I ought to leave the squee be for a little while) and I noticed you mentioned to someone that you had a really high quality version of this vid? I have a copy of the 38MB one on my iMac (which I haven't transferred over to my Macbook yet) -- but.. if there's a high quality version of this would it be possible to get a copy of it? Maybe? Yes? the WMV file never played that well on my Mac in the first place. But you said you had issues with getting it to upload -- of course this was month ago, maybe things have changed?

Cause...this is like... the vid that made me want to vid Sylar and if I can get it all big and shinier, then I really will be your vid bitch forever (oh, I am so serious about that, toooo).

Hi, I recently lost all of my fanvids in a computer crash recently. While I managed to get quite a few back, the download link s to this one have expired. I was just wondering if there was any hope for a reupload of this, I loved it and would hate to lose it forever. I understand if it isn't possible, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. Thanks.
