I put up the photography meme (Ask me to take a picture of any aspect of my life that you're interested in/curious about -- it can be anything from the house I live in to my favorite shoes. Leave your request as a comment to this entry, I'll snap the pictures and post them back here. It's like a glimpse into my world!) thinking that I'd have more time to myself now that the semester is over, but I was wrong because I had to work and I had a million places to go for Christmas. I ended up taking the photos with my camera phone because I couldn't find my digital camera.

I have a lot of jewelry, most of which I don’t wear because I can’t have any on at work. The last pic is of the jewelry I got for Christmas, which is super pretty and I love it.

Don’t you love the view in the suburbs?

I got it half price at a Halloween store the day after. When I drink out of it there’s a liquid in the cup that makes it look like I’m drinking blood.

It’s a tiny little doll I’ve had forever.

I share my closet with my grandpa’s suits, so most of my closet is on the floor.

My cat, Oliver

My dad and stepmom’s dog, Prince

My stepbrother’s dog, Maggie

I love lying under the tree, which kinda counts as outside, because it’s a tree…

As boring as it is, I love relaxing in my bed.

Sadly, my books are in boxes because I still haven’t unpacked completely from the last time I moved, which was a long time ago.

My bookcase is home to my gramma’s old lady knickknacks and my books are in boxes in the garage.

At least they don't have a window right there too.

Hheeh, thanks. Prince in a half poodle, half Shih Tzu, total spoiled brat that hates everyone. :) He's like an annoying little brother.

Maggie looks sleepy in that pic because I got her a heavy duty rope tire toy thingy and she played with it all day.

Oliver used to be Ophelia. He was a stray that I kept and thought was a girl, then took to the vet. When I filled out the forms asking age and stuff, I made the joke that the only thing I knew for sure was that she was a girl, but it turned out to be a boy...

My cat's named Oscar, and my son's named Oliver. He sometimes gets himself confused with the cat. "That's Oliver! Hi, Oliver! No, uh-oh, that's Oscar. I'm Oliver."

Your window view is a bit bleak. Demand better scenery, dammit!!

Aww, your kid is adorable.

I think I'm going to print out a pretty scenery picture on the computer and tape it to the window so it looks like I have a nice view.
