I know nothing about the fandom or source material, so I'm probably going to sound like an idiot here (OK, more of an idiot than usual).

That said, I watched it like seven times. The images are just mesmerizing and the editing is... wow. I even love the music. Now, I don't know how the original opening looked so I have no way of knowing what you did to it. But whatever it was, it works! All that barely contained energy... The impact is just thunderous.

Thanks. I love the "rack focus" shots they use in the show, where the focus is on one guy, then it shifts to the other. There is no opening for the show, just the 2 second title "Supernatural" that I used at the end, which kills me because they could have such a kick ass opening.

The show has such great music, theme should be Echo & The Bunnymen's The Killing Moon or CCR's Bad Moon Rising... or some hair metal band. And it's so pretty in an odd way (not just Jensen Ackles) because there's very little color. Most of the time it's dark neutral colors with a muted color like red or blue.

Well, in that case... WOWSA. That was incredible! You really have such a brilliant eye for impactful images. Those great closeups and the low-angle shot of the figures walking toward the church(?) really stand out. I see what you mean about the rack focus shots. The bullet-to-the-head shot was brilliant.

I see what you mean about the colors (or lack of) as well. I think it's admirable that you're able to determine what makes the show look so distinctive and then highlight that. That's a lot more impressive to me than changing the source material to fit how *you* think it should look. Well done!

Sadly, I've only watched the pilot and 1x14-1x22, which is about half the season. I'm netflixing the first season when it comes out.

I love the low-angle shot of them walking toward the church.

The show is gritty and dark and I love it.
